Festival Pass Options:

Adults (over 16yrs) P950 includes:

  • Festival Pass valid from 29th August to September 1st 2019;

  • Three days and 2 nights of pure entertainment – Friday 9am until Sunday 9pm: Entry into all entertainment areas, theatres, circus acts, bands, DJ’s and theme camps, as well as access to cashless bars and food stalls;

  • Campsites available on first come first served basis;

  • Emergency medical assistance available onsite with Okavango Air Rescue (ground ambulance and helicopter medi-vac) for the period of your Festival Pass.

Children (Under 16yrs) P450 includes:

  • Festival Pass valid from 29th August to September 1st 2019;

  • 3 days and 2 nights of pure entertainment: Entry into all areas and access to children’s theme camps, cinema and activities;

  • Emergency medical assistance available onsite with Okavango Air Rescue (ground ambulance and helicopter medi-vac) for the period of your Festival Pass.

Toddlers (Under 3 yrs) P150 includes:

  • Festival Pass valid from 29th August to September 1st 2019;

  • 3 days and 2 nights of hanging out with your parents and really whatever they want to do!

  • Emergency medical assistance available onsite with Okavango Air Rescue (ground ambulance and helicopter medi-vac) for the period of your Festival Pass.

Your Camp Staff and Nannies are welcome BUT please note the following:

  1. You will need to purchase a STAFF pass for them at P150 each which allows them into restricted camp areas only;

  2. They have NO ENTRY into Entertainment areas. They will only have access to camp areas.

  3. They have no access to med-rescue cover unless specifically organised by yourself through Okavango Air Rescue (P150 per annum).

Tickets for the 2019 Ok Fest will be released in a Tier system as below:

The 2019 Festival will ONLY be allocating 1000 tickets in total. Numbers are limited to ensure facilities can cope, areas do not become too crowded and OK Festival Revellers have the most enjoyable experience possible. Once these tickets are sold out, no more will be released regardless of how far through the Tier system below we manage to get.

Tiered Ticketing Timeline:

1st Tier Ticket Sales: Friends of the Festival – until December 1st 2018, (P950 adult, P450 child, P150 toddler, P150 staff)

Friends of the Festival (100 people who contributed to the 2018 Festival in some way) will be given first opportunity to purchase tickets. These will be allocated and limited to 10 tickets per Festival Friend. Any unsold tickets will be released back into the tiered ticketing system on 1st December 2018.

2nd Tier Ticket Sales: Festival Revellers from 2018 – December 1st 2018 to 1st March 2019, (P950 adult, P450 child, P150 toddler, P150 staff)

Festival Revellers from the 2018 Ok Festival (who registered online with their email addresses) will be given second opportunity to purchase tickets. These will be allocated and limited to 10 tickets per 2018 Reveller. Any unsold tickets will be released back into the tiered ticketing system on 1st April 2019.

3rd Tier Ticket Sales: People of Ngamiland – 1st March to 30th June 2019, (P950 adult, P450 child, P150 toddler, P150 staff)

People who live in the Ngamiland area will be given the next opportunity to purchase tickets. These will be allocated and limited to 10 tickets per person. Any unsold tickets will be released back into the tiered ticketing system on 1st July 2019.

Open Ticket Sales: 1st July – 28th August 2019, (P1200 adult, P550 child, P250 toddler, P150 staff)

If there are any tickets left after the 3 Tiers of Sales above, these will go onto Open Ticket Sales. These can then be purchased online on this page from July 1st 2019 only until the day before the Festival starts. No tickets will be sold at the door of the Festival or once the Festival has started.
